Monty was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Consultants in January 2023 to lead the company’s mission to tackle the toughest, most business-critical, and societally important innovation challenges for its clients.
Working with some of the world’s biggest brands and most ambitious start-ups, Monty leads a global organisation of engineers, scientists, designers and consultants to deliver more than 500 scientific, engineering and design projects each year.
Previously Chief Technology Officer, Monty has been with Cambridge Consultants for 23 years and has been responsible for incubating new strategic technology groups to extend the company’s expertise in bleeding-edge technologies such as synthetic biology, machine psychology and quantum computation.
Cambridge Consultants has played a leading role in founding and establishing the Cambridge technology cluster, creating more than 20 spinouts, three of which have been amongst Cambridge’s >$1 billion capitalisation companies.
