Jenny Tooth OBE

Jenny Tooth OBE is Executive Chair of UK Business Angels Association UKBAA, the trade body for angel and early-stage investment in the UK that she established in 2012. UKBAA supports and builds the angel and early stage ecosystem across the UK with over 86 angel groups, representing 18,000 Angels investing £2bn annually. She is an Angel investor herself and brings over 30 years’ experience of supporting businesses to access investment.
She also currently leads the UK Women Angel UK Investment Task Force and launched the Women Backing Women campaign in 2022.
She works closely with Government on early stage investment policy and was on the Innovation Expert Group and sits on the Rose Review Advisory Board; DCMS Creative Growth Advisory Board and is founding Board Director of Business Angels Europe. She has a Masters Degree in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science and was also awarded an OBE in the Queen’s New Year Honours 2015 for her services to angel investment and small business.
