Beth Knight is a Senior Associate at the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL). Alongside her work at CISL, Beth is Head of ‘Amazon in the Community’ for Europe where she has led the development of social impact programs since 2020. In this capacity, she oversees a community investment portfolio focused on ensuring young people who face systemic barriers to social mobility and inclusion have the resources they need to thrive. Prior to Amazon, Beth spent over fifteen years applying her expertise in ESG, community investment and sustainability to help transform global companies into purpose-led businesses. Her roles have included: Global Markets Director at EY, Head of Strategy and Operations for the Beacon Institute, and Head of Corporate Sustainability for EY’s Financial Services business.
