Dr Gareth Conduit is chief scientific officer and co-founder at Intellegens, a Cambridge-based software company specialising in machine learning applied to R&D in the chemicals, materials, life science, and manufacturing sectors. Gareth has led the development of the Alchemite™ method, a novel algorithm with strengths in extracting value from real-world, sparse and noisy experimental and process data. He has a track record of applying the technology to practical research challenges, with contracts spanning disciplines from materials science to drug discovery. He is also a Royal Society Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge.
