As part of Cambridge Tech Week, the Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce is hosting an event in conjunction with KPMG to help business navigate technological advancements that will affect how they operate.

Automation, regulation, information security, data analytics, robotic processes… the nature of technology in businesses of all sizes is changing rapidly and is transforming the way companies operate. In this informal session, we will explore the role and adoption of systems and technology in businesses large and small, and the evolution of these technologies in the future.  

The session will be interactive with two senior KPMG Technology Consultants who focus on Private Enterprise clients, answering questions and bringing technology adoption to life with case studies.

David Harrison, Partner

David has 25 years’ experience in consulting, focusing on finance and technology enabled transformation. He is known for working with high-growth, UK private businesses to shape and deliver complex technology-led transformation journeys. David is a specialist in technology strategy, programme management and CIO advisory.

David has worked in sectors including construction, medical devices, energy, renewables and consumer goods.

Brintha Kumar, Director

Brintha is a Director in KPMG’s Technology Strategy and Transformation team. She has worked in technology-led transformation leadership roles for over 15 years in businesses including G4S, Centrica and Royal Mail.

Brintha is Certified SAFe 4.6 Agilist along with MSP, PRINCE2, MoR and APM and has a wealth of experience in driving business change, service integration / transition, and operational improvement. 

The event will be hosted by Cambridge & South Cambs Committee Chair, Faye Holland; and will take place in the iconic Council Chamber at The Guildhall on Cambridge’s Market Square.
