Adam has worked in the healthcare sector for over 13 years in operational, transformation and strategic roles. He is currently Director of Innovation at Cambridge University Hospitals, responsible for the development and evaluation of new technologies and ways of working, in collaboration with academia and industry, as well as the adoption of innovation. He also works at a Healthtech AI start-up, Phare Health, where he leads UK operations, and is a trustee at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.
