Located at Wellcome Genome Campus, GENXT is a start-up that develops solutions for secure data collaboration in personal genomics and precision medicine. At the core of GENXT solutions is a novel game-changing Confidential Computing technology. Since 2022, it is available on all major cloud platforms.
GENXT has been its early adopter in genomics and developed the solution that allows previously competing direct-to-consumer genetic testing companies to leverage each’s other databases without genomic data disclosure. We’d like to showcase Confidential Computing and demonstrate GENXT’s applications, such as Cross-Database DNA Matching service, Cross-Database Patient Search for clinical trials, and Federated Ancestry Prediction.
