With over 25 years of experience in the tech and finance sectors, Tracey is an IoD award-winning NED for 2023 and a Chartered Accountant. She runs a dynamic portfolio career to drive growth and innovation in tech startups and scale-ups. As a Fractional CFO/COO, Scale-up Director and Angel Investor, Tracey specialises in strategic financial management, investor readiness, and operational excellence, helping businesses navigate the complexities of rapid growth.
Tracey is focused on building innovative tech startups and scale-ups, providing strategic guidance on financial management, investor readiness, and operational excellence. She leverages her deep expertise to mentor emerging tech founders through initiatives like Techstars, Nat West, Outlier Ventures, Mint Ventures and Innovate UK helping them navigate the challenges of rapid business growth.
Previously, Tracey served as a Director at KPMG, where she played a pivotal role in addressing major challenges such as Brexit and sustainability. Her international experience spans multiple sectors, working with clients ranging from emerging scale-ups to FTSE 350 and FTSE 100 companies. During her time at KPMG, she led diverse and inclusive teams, bringing a unique perspective to business transformation, growth, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
In addition, Tracey holds several non-executive director positions, serving on boards and Audit and Risk Committees, including London Metropolitan University and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, where she also chairs the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) committee.
