Dr Niall Holmes

Dr Niall Holmes is co-founder at Cerca Magnetics Limited and Mansfield Fellow in Physics at the University of Nottingham. Niall has been developing and commercialising hardware and techniques to enable wearable neuroimaging since 2016. Cerca produce quantum-enabled magnetoencephalography (MEG) systems which collect highly accurate brain data whilst permitting participant movements during scans across all ages (unlike e.g. MRI). Cerca’s technology allows a unique window on the brain with both clinical and neuroscientific applications.
