Duncan has spent the majority of his career in Banking and Finance.
Working for NatWest, IBM and Barclays he has specialised in Corporate Banking, directly and leading teams providing Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Working Capital and Payment Solutions to SMEs and Global Corporates.
As a founder Director of Cambridge Ahead, he started to work more deeply within the Cambridge Ecosystem 10 years ago and is now CEO of Cambridge&, an organisation focussed on growing Foreign Direct Investment into Cambridge and the Economic Impact of Cambridge more broadly across the UK and globally.
He is also a Board member of the Oxford to Cambridge Supercluster and an active supporter of the Pan Regional Partnership, where he looks to help grow Economic Impact more broadly across the region.
