Jaroslaw is CTO of Monumo, a deeptech engineering start-up creating the world’s best electric motors. Having previously held software engineer positions at Siemens, Microsoft Research, and Arm, Jaroslaw has a PhD in Astrophysics and leads the company’s technology development. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing hardware and software development pipelines and directing Monumo’s deep ML research.
