Kirsty joined Arm in 2002 and has held various leadership roles in the People group, including executive remuneration, reward, organizational effectiveness, and people services and systems. She became Arm’s Chief People Officer in 2018. Her portfolio now extends to include people, workplace, and sustainability.
She is known for delivering a unique, progressive, and human working environment, ensuring that the Arm Core Beliefs are at the heart of how it feels to work at Arm, allowing everyone to thrive and contribute to their full potential.
Prior to Arm, Kirsty was HR Director for a start-up company, GF-X, and started her HR career at Accenture.
Kirsty graduated from Cambridge University and is a board director of Cambridge Ahead.
