Russell Haggar is co-founder, CEO and chair at VyperCore. Russell has been active in the high-tech industry for well over 30 years, graduating from deep technical roles into commercial and operational leadership activities – including a productive six-year spell as a venture capital principal with the UK’s leading early-stage tech investor (Prelude Ventures, now Molten Ventures). Former companies include Element 14, Marconi, Madge Networks, Sagentia, XMOS, SiConnect, and Prelude Ventures. He has been directly involved with over 30 tech startups, and now helps the UK government deliver its national semiconductor strategy.
