Sean Redmond has 40 years of experience in the semiconductor and software industries. He is a Managing Partner for Silicon Catalyst, the world’s only semiconductor startup incubator and accelerator which has helped over 100 semiconductor companies world-wide. He leads the team that runs the UK Governments ChipStart UK early stage startup incubator. His Government policy work includes key roles in the UK’s industrial strategy and semiconductor strategy with successive governments. Sean has a BSc(hons), MSc EE from Kings College, London and MBA from Henley Management College
