Toby is a co-owner of Bailey Fisher, an independent executive search firm building boards and leadership teams for growth technology and life sciences companies.
With 20+ years’ executive search experience, Toby works with dynamic technology companies at every stage of growth, specialising in later stage, investor backed businesses, as they hire leadership talent to scale and prepare for exit. Toby has a particular focus on Deep Tech, and during 10 years at Bailey Fisher, he has hired board and leadership talent for some of the UK’s most disruptive companies.
Toby has first-hand experience of the challenges faced by fast growth business, having spent 2 years in a commercial leadership role with an AI start up during international expansion.
Earlier in his career, Toby focused on Financial Services executive search and Clean Tech.
