A 50:50 joint venture between Bruntwood and Legal & General, they create specialist working environments and provide support for businesses to start, scale and innovate. With science and technology ecosystems located in Manchester, Cheshire, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and Glasgow, they acquired Melbourn Science Park, Cambridgeshire, in 2021.
