An Australian startup, based in Canberra, moved headquarter to UK. Our objective is to revolutionize the healthcare industry by providing a solution to the challenges faced by clinicians. These challenges include the absence of a framework for genome or omics profile, scattered bio markers, and the lack of outcome measurement tools and patient health data visualization. Our AI/ML-based solution will offer a digital patient view with genome, metabolomics, and proteomics data. This will enable healthcare professionals to diagnose and provide treatment plans in seconds. Currently, electronic health/medical record (EHR/EMR) systems lack a prevention and early intervention framework, and despite the availability of patient data sets like genome, metabolomics, and proteomics, they are not integrated into EHRs. We provide a timeline view of the patient that results in continuous quality care. Our solution, the “Digital Twin, is a diagnostic tool” that offers a comprehensive patient model with diagnosis and treatment data linked to each organ. Intelligent Assist’s AI/ML platform offers diagnosis, assessment, and monitoring, digital nurse services, continuous care, and promotes primary health care through prevention and early intervention. We strive to provide community health management system through our Chronic Disease Management system (CDM).
