Creating a pristine, one-atom-thick layer of graphene directly on standard semiconductor wafers enables Paragraf to offer magnetic (Hall effect) sensors boasting higher sensitivity and superior noise tolerance in extreme environments, and a graphene field effect transistor (GFET) that provides instant and reliable results in molecular sensing applications. In addition to standard products, Paragraf’s process can also deliver bespoke devices optimised for partner applications.
