The 10,000 Interns Foundation champions underrepresented talent and promotes equality of opportunity in the workplace. We use methods and metrics to deliver programmes at scale and build communities of talent – our current programmes are 10,000 Black Interns, and 10,000 Able Interns, supporting both Black talent and disabled talent to provide an intersectional level of support. We use data and impact to gain insight into the experiences of the talented individuals and employers on our programmes and use this insight to develop more inclusive practices and culture change.
