Congratulations, you are on the way to completing your nomination to pitch on the main stage of Cambridge Tech Week!

This will give you a unique opportunity to present to an audience of investors, mentors and peers representing local, national and international companies.

This is the ONLY official pitch event, and all interest parties must apply using the form below. As a guide, you should meet some if not all the following criteria:

  • Established for less than 8 years
  • Received funding typically between £2 - 15 million
  • Have customer traction as pilots or revenue
  • Employ less than 30 members of staff

All nominations will be added to the longlist. The longlist will be shortlisted based on an agreed set of criteria – Innovation, Challenge, Influence, Viability, and Memorability. All entrants will also be assessed via Companies House (or equivalent) and tools such as Crunchbase.

The shortlist will then be judged by a pre-judging team of investment experts, who will then convene to agree the final five.

The five will be confirmed by email by the 1st August where they need to confirm their involvement. They will then receive a detailed briefing in order to prepare their pitch and understand the format of the pitching event.

They will present during the afternoon of Wednesday 17 September in St Catharine’s College, Cambridge where the Start-up to Scale up Day will take place.
