Martin Frost CBE is a Cambridge-based businessman and entrepreneur responsible for the start-up and scale-up of several highly successful global technology businesses. Martin is a co-Founder of CMR Surgical, one of the UK’s leading robotics startups, developing the next generation system for robotically-assisted minimal access surgery. He’s also co-Founder of Monumo, using machine learning and AI to optimise and design next generation electric motors.
Prior to founding CMR Surgical, Martin was CEO and CFO of Sagentia plc. He currently holds non-Executive Director and advisory positions for a number of technology, diagnostic and medical device businesses and is Chair of Peek Vision, a charity addressing preventable blindness in the Global South.
