Monique is an Associate Professor of Management Practice and the Director of the MSt in Entrepreneurship programme at the Judge Business School. She holds degrees from the University of Nottingham and Cambridge. Her research interests lie in entrepreneurship, lean startups, and gender. She spearheads the EVER project, which aims to understand the strategic decision-making of early-stage ventures. Additionally, she is delving into the influence of gender on entrepreneurship. Monique has made significant contributions to the field of entrepreneurial education. Her passion lies in understanding how research can enhance the delivery and impact of entrepreneurship education, thereby shaping the next generation of entrepreneurs.
