Terry is currently Head of International Subsidiary Banking for London, in the UK, at HSBC. She has over 33 years of banking experience across various areas including, Retail Banking; Premier & Wealth management, Corporate Banking and Strategy.
She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, embedding these values in the numerous and diverse teams she has successfully managed, ensuring that customer engagement and strategies are tailored to individual needs and the positive customer journey experience is maximised. Terry is a member of the Generations, Journey, Nurture, Balance and LGBT+ Employee Resource Groups, as well as being a Sustainability Ambassador and Influencer.
Terry holds a degree in Financial Services from the Institute of Financial Services gained during her career.
In her spare time Terry enjoys going to the gym, travelling, walking (recently completed the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge), going to theatre, listening to music and reading. She lives with her partner Steve and their 2 cats Ava and Parsley.
